Has anyone here been man enough to use their iBook in clamshell mode for extended periods of time (w/ScreenSpanningDoctor)?

I searched through this forum a bit, and it seems that most refrain from this for fear of heat buildup. I pretty much never use the iBook screen when I am spanned over to a 19" LCD. Hence, I'm in search of a user with HUGE nuts who has defied all the naysayers and ventured into this realm.

My iBook (12", 1.25 GHz, 1.25 GB RAM) seems to run very cool. The heat I witness is nothing compared to my former 17" PowerBook. I've been on for a few hours now, and my iBook still feels as if it is at room temperature.

So, any clamshell iBook folks here with some feedback? Any would be appreciated.

edit: Just saw the left palmrest/heat thread... that's the only area of my iBook that feels as if it is slightly above room temperature.
