I just updated Itunes and OSX and now the onboard speakers on my Powerbook aren't as loud as they use to be. What can I do?

Have you checked all the Preference settings?

By the way, try turning off the sound enhancer option.

Do you think this iTunes setting has any global influence, or are you just suggesting it to improve iTunes playback?
