I just found a site that you can pay to have your ipod color changed, or you imac or ibook. anyways, i was more interested in changing the color of my ipod to all black. I like the u2 ipod, but i am not a big fan of U2 or those red buttons.

has anyone paid for one of these services? How good does it come out? tThanks.

if your talking about colorwarepc.com, then yes their service is very slick and nice looking. Only ever heard positive things about the ipod painting.
However, the powerbook and ibook painting is extremely overpriced. Hence why i painted my own ibook to the same standard for $40 (see my thread in the ibook sub-forum)
