it's interesting to read in some forums that people can't seem to wrap their head around the single button apple mouse. one of the first things i bought for my ibook is a two button w/ scrollwheel mouse. it's great because you can set the buttons to do anything. mine was set up for right click exposé and the wheel for scrolling and f11.
what other handy tips are out there?

it also seems that some other newbies don't realize that the trackpad can be set for tapping. i'm not giving newbies a hard time, cuz i've only had a mac for 2 months now.

(i haven't really used the mouse since installing sidetrack. it's great)

I'm a fan of making the wheel-click execute Command-Click -- opens new tabs in Safari but keeps you where you are.

I'm really liking the new tilt-wheel designs in both Logitech and MS mice. Tilt wheel is perfect for expose. See the desktop? Tilt right. See all windows? Tilt left.

( psst ... you do know that is the default function of the wheel click in Safari, right? You don't have to make it do that )

I have a three button mouse and I use the scroll wheel as the show all windows. I use the top right hand corner to see the desktop. I find this the fastest for what I have. The nice thing is there is generally nothing in that corner so no accidental show the desktop commands.
Bless those that sacrifice for us all.
