I would like to know if anyone knows where I could get a discount on applecare for my ibook. And I live out of the states so if they would ship international it would be best but if not that is fine too.

Thanks so much

Buy it on eBay, but make sure it's for iBooks.

how long after purchase of the notebook do you have to buy applecare? its going to be my first mac so i wont know if i'll need it for a few weeks/months.

EDIT:
nevermind. i read in another thread you have a year. and i probably wont bother because in a year ill probably ebay my ibook or do some warranty bending upgrades. Plus, my ibook only costs $849 from apple so its silly to put more money into something so cheap.

If anything, i bought it on my AMEX so i have the 1yr warranty extension just in case.
