Hmmm...someone call the waaambulance.

The reason Apple opened their own chain stores in the first place was because...gasp...the RESELLERS...were doing a crappy job with selling Macs in the first place! Why should Apple be at fault for the resellers inability to drive sales?

Why is everyone other than Apple responsible for poor Apple sales? Perhaps it has something to do with Apple only understanding 5% of consumers.

Ooh, that's a rough statement. Saying that since apple only holds 5% of the market to say that they only UNDERSTAND 5% of the ppl out there. My personal opinion is that pc's hold 95% of the market b/c ppl believe that pc's are cheaper... when in all reality they aren't... seeing that the avg. lifespan of a pc is 3-4 yrs and that of a comparable mac is 5-8. Also, pcs come w/o maaaany things that mac comes standard with. Hence all the pci cards one must install once one gets a wretched pc, all the costly software buys and upgrades to get even half of the standard mac software, blah blah blah. The common consumer in all actuality just compares the price of a 1.5ghz pc to a 1.5ghz mac, or basicly some simalar austistic method and makes a blanket statement about macs. I don't believe for one second (many will agree with me on this) that apple only UNDERSTANDS 5% of the market. This is recoculous. Apple has the most userfriendly, easy to understand system out there. It's only a matter of time before the masses realize this.

oops... clicked submit by accident... anywho, what i meant to say (sry i didnt' put it all in one) is that studies have shown that 90% of all statistics are false , so no use in debating that 3-4yr pc vs. 5-8yr mac... the point is mac's last longer!
