For some reason, my illumination level always resets back to very dim, even though I manually crank it up to its brightest setting every time. Is there any way to make it default to brightest?
neither does apple...so far they're 0 for 6 on the tech support scale, putting them at the same IQ level as a flower pot (or possibly other types of pot)
