Kernal Panic after ram upgrade

3 times since yesterday... upgraded from stock 512mb since owning the Ti Book 667 for almost 3 years. The new rams are 2 sticks on 512mb to make it 1 GB, i was happy for a week until yesterday...

was doing some light editing and writing emails, all of a sudden... experienced my first ever kernal panic

bad ram? fix? please HELP~~~
