Very concerned about this, i was about to order an ibook.

Whats the verdict, are these things made cheaply?
ibook, 4th gen, 1.2 12"
ipod, 4th gen, 20gig

Cheaply? No. They're lightweight, and the plastic at the bottom of the screen is rather thin, so it can distort a little. My wife's iBook is over a year old, and there may be as much as 1.5mm space between the center bottom of the bezel and the screen. You have to look carefully to see it.

same here about a year old and its got a little space on the rigth side.... what you gona do?
