Anyone have any ideas or your opinion on when they wil update the iBooks and what you think they will change, im hoping they make the 14 inch with a different resolution.

I'd be nice, but I really doubt it. That's one of things that makes the iBook cheaper and easier for the manufacturer to produce, and probably contributes to the model's low price.
That's one of the reasons I bought the 12" iBook instead of 14" one --- I figured, why pay more for the same resolution, just fatter pixels?

As usual, I wouldn't expect anything earth shattering, just look at the recent Powerbook upgrades.
I would expect more of the same, with a slight processor upgrade and maybe a hard drive upgrade across the line.
Bluetooth 2 would be nice, so would the option to have a Superdrive on the 12" book.
I'd say:
12" iBook
1.33 GHz
256 MB RAM
30 GB hard drive
Combo Drive
ATi Mobility Radeon 9200
14" iBook
1.42 GHz
256 MB RAM
60 GB hard drive
Combo Drive
ATi Mobility Radeon 9200

That would be nice. That was one of the main reasons I picked a 12inch iBook over a 14inch because of the shitty resolution. But after owning the iBook, I noticed the reason I like it was because of how small it is and how portable it can be. If I was going to get a bigger laptop than a 12" I would get it for more power and with the 14" iBook all your getting is a bigger laptop with no real extra proformance.
