Bad way to start day by dropping powerbook. Can I fix it?

This morning I was greeted with "Dad I dropped the Powerbook." My daughter was sitting at a table typing on the PB, got up to leave and caught her foot in the power cord, and pulled the PB off of the table. Everything still works, but you can see there was extensive damage to where the power cord plugs into the socket.
This is a 667 mh DVI Titanium Powerbook that I was letting the kids use.
What are my options? Is this fixable? I am willing to try and find a non functioning powerbook and swap cases. Would I need to replace the entire bottom case? The hinges are still good. Actually the powerbook appears to be working fine, including opening & closing the lid. But there is no way I can live with it like this.

That is a crap way to start the day. Hope the rest is better
Good reason to upgrade, if your looking for one. Not sure how well it could be repaired. See if you can get your hands on a replacement outter edge, maybe. Otherwise glue it.
Let the kids have that one, and get your self a new one. The Albooks are pretty sexy. Just got a new one at work and I have been playing around with it. Noice

Its a good suggestion to just let the kids have it..
If you can't find the case for cheap.. mind as well just save up and buy a new one. The new Aluminum Powerbooks are sexy

Try PBparts.com
The part I believe you need costs $250.
This reminds me. I need to look into safeware insurance for when my PowerBook arrives.
