I recently upgraded my 12" rev. b powerbook hd w/ the hitachi 7k60. I'm having a weird problem tho, after a warm restart the hard disk will not power up. The computer boots with the finder/question mark folder. I have already reset PRAM, NVRAM and PMU. The computer boots up fine when i turn it off and right back on. Is there a firmware upgrade for this hard drive that could correct this problem?

Are you saying it will boot up but not restart? I had that same problem with an old G3 233 iMac but have never seen or heard of such a problem since. Wish I could help.
