Can anyone post fairly big iBook review? Most I have seen weren't that good, or didn't tell me enough...

Thanks in advance!

There's a bug in the forum software and you have 0 posts.
Anyway, No. But I like my iBook. Hope someone else finds you a review.

look around on other forums and mags, there's lots of iBook reviews. might be better if you had some specific questions, they would get answered.
a short review: they're great!

I can give you a short review as well. Cosmetically the iBooks are far from perfect. Uneven lid, battery sticking out, some spacebar oddities as well as trackpads that aren't glued down all the way, to name a few. As a computer all it needs is more RAM. Its stable, robust, great battery life, great airport reception, nice feel to the keyboard, an all around great computer. It has some limitations compared to the PB but that is to be expected. I would not hesitate to reccomend this machine.

As mentioned, ask specific questions and we can give you more specific answers.

To counter what SSharon says, the only thing I've noticed about my wife's iBook is that the keyboard is a little "high" at the spacebar end; not a problem, but you can see under the keys there. My point is that functionally, with all the demand for iBooks recently, there's bound to be some that aren't finished as well as they should be. That's why you look the iBook over thoroughly when you receive it, and call Apple right away if you see something wrong-it could be cosmetic, but maybe it's a real problem. Odds are they'll do something good for you.
