My wife is now using our PB G4 15" Aluminum. Purchased June 2004, 1.33 with Combo drive.

She says, and I'd agree, that when playing a CD the whirring noise is noticebly loud (annoyingly so) and much louder than her PB G3 Lombard or my PB G4 Ti.

Curious if others have this "problem" and if so if there is a fix? Other than a new Powerbook for her.
