HELP Redirect server message cant get on internet

when trying to launch my server i get this message:

Redirect Server:rapid logic/1.1 mime-version:1.0 connection:close content-type: text/html Locattion http: launchmodem/redirectbs.htm



i have no clue what this is or what i have to do in order to get back on internet. Is there anyone that can help qwith this thanks
