im going to college next year and need im getting an ibook and would like to buy like a 20-25 inch tv that i can also hook up my ibook too.
ANY RECOMENDATIONS?

Apple sells a cable that converts you mini vga to an s-video/composite video (yellow rca type). Most newer tv's will have both of these, I think s-video is the better option but I may be wrong. Also, in case you don't know that it exists you might want to take a look at elgato.com as they make great external tv tuners. I use one in my school. So anyway that cable is $20 in an apple store, but I got it for $10 since someone bought the wrong one and returned it unused and therefore it made its way to the discount table in the back.

S-video is much preferable to standard composite video; it offers higher definition and clearer pictures. And yes, most newer TVs have S-video inputs. The better ones-TVs that call themselves "monitors"-even have VGA and DVI connectors, but you'll pay a premium for them. If you're getting a high end TV, or any sort of LCD or plasma TV/monitor, you may as well go with a model that has ALL the inputs.
