My 12in rev b powerbook is seeming outdated as these new dell's circle the office with their uber resolutions and 'true life'. I'm just wondering if apple will step up to the plate with a higher res screen.

Are the Dells 12 inch screens? If not. You can't really compare. The PB 15 & 17 have excellent screen res.

PB 15 and 17 aren't as good as the current dells. Yes the 12inch dells have better res currently.

My recently retired (dead) dell had a very high resolution on a 15" screen. (1600x1200).

After using this new Powerbook 15" I'll take the "lower" screen resolution any day over the Dell. It's the first time in years that I'm not squinting or feeling like I'm going blind.
