I think my PB 12" Battery is getting old. It appears to only be holding charge for about an hour maybe hour and a half at times. Should I sell it on ebay cheap, or is there a way to maybe 'check' to see if it's integrity is still good? It's probably been about a year since I've had this PB.

I'm in the same boat, and every darn Apple store in the Bay Area doesn't have one. Website quotes 3-4 weeks. Are these things suddenly a hot item?
