Hi, I'm running a PB 17" with 1GB ram, 128Vram, and a 1.8ghz G4. WoW constantly has crappy FPS, what are the optimal settings for me to run this game at? I know my PBook can run it better than I'm seeing now.

I'd run it at your native resolution w/ all settings medium. If it still lags, start taking settings to Low one by one 'til it clears up. Also, QUIT every program running in the background (browsers, RSS feeds, and other resource-eating programs).

I've found that the only setting that really makes a difference is the viewing distance. I've got the game running on my 1.5ghz 15" native res, all options on highest settings except for viewing distance. I'm probably at around 25% of the slider on that.

It's no speed demon, but it's good.

rev c is 1.5ghz, rev d is 1.67. What are your specs again?

I don't have WoW yet but my 17 plays Doom fine.
