Is an OS X CD/DVD (I'll be buying in about a month) bundled with iBook or just restore CD/DVD? What about iLife '05?

Yes you should be able to install os x on another computer with all the basics for the os. I could. iLife 05 however will be on the restore side of the discs. if you have a package viewing program then you may be able to retrieve just the apps that you want.
