I don't know how and don't know why, but over the course of the year and using my PowerBook in a number of places... work, plane, school, kitchen... you name it (except the bathroom, it will not go there), it's been there... I've seemed to scuff up the right side of my palm rest. I guess you could say I've chipped it, I've got all these little black dots of varying sizes. Especially a noticable line where the display "touches" the palm rest. This is only on the right hand side, where my palm is almost always on it unless I'm at home. I don't wear a watch, I keep my hands clean for 98.2375% of the time, and the only thing that I presume could be hurting this is my ScreensavRz or my hoody, which I usually pull up so it doesn't really come in contact with the aluminum. Plus it's annoying.

For iBooks and iPods, there's Ice Cream. But what do we PowerBook owners have? I'd like to remove them as I'm looking to sell my beloved PowerBook for a G5, unless Apple gets a G5 in a PowerBook by July 1st. It's just one of the 3 main problems I'd have selling this thing for any real value... since I paid $2500 for it a year ago (these, a dented corner, and a stuck green pixel).

If you don't know what Ice Cream is, then click here.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

And if you're interested in buying... PM me!

Here's a photo of it... the best I could do. They appear gray from this angle, but when looked at overhead, it's obviously black.
