They would have Tiger included, yes. The PB I got today still had Panther pre-installed, but there was an upgrade disk inside to upgrade to Tiger. Whether or not it is pre-installed, I'm not sure, but you would definitely have a copy of Tiger.

Might be better to get both - if you have any problems with Tiger you can downgrade to panther!

this is the one you won at the event last night?
I did a BTO last monday and was told someone who did a BTO a couple of days before me got tiger preinstalled.
