12" 1GHz - Q54
12" 1.33GHz - Q54A
12" 1.5GHz - ?
Can anyone confirm that it's Q54B, or something else?

With Steve Jobs and the first iBook code named P1, cool code names disappeared. Also, Apple didn't want any more problems like it had with naming one of the old Power Macs Carl Sagan, then BHA (butt-headed astronomer) because Carl Sagan didn't want his name associated with the product. Now Apple is still using names like Tiger for the OS, and you can see the problems that's causing. I'm surprised Tiger Electronics hasn't said anything to Tiger Direct or Apple before.

Wasn't the 867 called the thresher? Since there hasn't been a major rehaul since then, I would be inclined to say that the latest PB's can still be called that.

Where did you get that? 12" 867 MHz (first aluminum) was P99.
