Hi everyone, my wife needs a noew battery for her 15" tiBook. It looks like the newertech may be the choice, has anyone ever had any issues with a newertech batery?

I cannot even find an apple battery for this machine at apple.com.

Suggestions?

I'm in the same situation, need a new battery for my 1Ghz Tibook, and was going to get the apple battery unless someone has a better option here.

I had got one for my TI and it worked fine... I can't tell you if it gave me any more life than my Apple did when it was new, but it worked for what seemed like a good amount of time.

Any thoughts on alternatives to the Newertech batteries, my Ti 667 is down to less than 6% of original - I was hoping to get a battery that would give me at least a few hours (ie 1-2 would be fine) without being tethered to a powercord...

If not, I imagine that Newertech would be a more than adequate replacement...
