Please help a newbie or point me to the right source.

I have a 15" Ti 867MHz Powerbook and want to upgrade memory. I know I need
PC133 chips, but I have found them on the web with different numbers of pins.

(1) Do number of pins matter? (I can't imagine they don't)
(2) Where can I find how many pins my slots are in my PB?

Thanks in advance!

You need SO-DIMMs, 144 pins if I recall. Just go to http://www.dealram.com and search for your machine.

I believe it to be 144pin. If you go to www.crucial.com and choose your model you will eventually get to a page displaying available RAM for your model. Click on the part number you will see a description page. Click on the "more images" link just below the picture of the RAM, it states it to be 144pin.

Best I could do on the spot.
