Hi.. I am a bit confuse here. shouldn't there be two slots for Ram sticks? I have replaced a 256mb with 1GB stick.. will I be able to add more RAM to 12" PB? how..

if not..are there other ways for me to make it go faster for Photoshop CS2?

The 12" PowerBook maxes out at 1.25GB, only the 15/17" PowerBooks have 2 RAM slots.

Well, 2.25GB actually if you choose to get a 2GB RAM module...


Then again, MemoryX begs to differ with the 1.5GHz PBG4 stating that there's 2 removable memory banks

I haven't had the opportunity to open one up, nor have I upgraded my RAM, but I have a feeling that their website is in error.

Yeah, they're wrong. There's 256 MB soldered on the board and only one slot.
