Hi, guys I need help choosing a new PB. I can't Decide 12'' or 15''.I like 12'' because it's small but the 15'' has a faster CPU and a widescreen and can be upgraded to 2GB of memory and its Vram can also be upgraded .I wish Apple made a 13.3'' widescreen 128MB of Vram and lighted keyboard and 2GB of memory then i would need no help in deciding. I am new to the Mac have been a Windows user for a long time and i am ready to make the swich. with a new PB

Lots and lots of threads on this very subject. Just browse the PowerBook forum and you'll find plenty of info.

the 12" is certainly the more portable of the two. if that's your number one priority, go with that.
the 15" seems to have everything else in its favor in your eyes. so unless portability is your biggest concern, it sounds like you really want a 15". i have a 15" myself and have found it to be portable enough. it's not the best choice if you're on a packed coast-to-coast flight in coach, but otherwise if find it perfect for my needs.
randman is right, there are a lot of threads on this already so f you do a search you'll get tons of feedback.

The only downside in my mind is the resolution of the 12". With the way OS X eats up screen realestate, it's even hard to do work on a 15" 1280x854 screen let alone losing a few hundred more pixels on the 12"

i own the 17" 15" and 12" and i think the 15 is the best one out of them.
BTW - i think that all of them are still a bit 2-heavy and thick. wait if you can.
