Hi,
I have a problem with my PB, 867mhz 12" revision A. the light of the power cord is constantly blinking, and the status of the battery in the os also constantly changes between status of the battery and powered. Does anyone know how I could solve this?

It could be the dc inboard or the power cord. I had that happen earlier in the year and the store I went to sent it off for the dc inboard to be replaced but that tested ok. Turned out it was just the power cord. If you have applecare on the computer call apple or go to an apple store and they can help determine what it is. If you know someone else with a powerbook I would see if the cord they have fixes the problem.
