I had to reinstall 10.2 on my ibook, and when i go to login, the screen is shaking telling me it's the wrong password. I KNOW this is the password, as I've been using it for two years, and I've given it to Apple help support many times. How do I change the password if I can't even login? (When I installed 10.2 over 10.4 I archived everything, including users/passowrds.)

Boot on Mac OS X CD and go in the Installer menu, and select "Reset Password" or something similar.
