I want to put the Rover antenna on my new 15 inch PB:

This is an excellent antenna, is cheap and I've been running it on my old TiBook for a few years without complaint.

Is this recommended? I'm pretty much addicted to the 5.5dBi gain I'm getting. Where is the antenna inside the new PB's?

My PB which I bought new 2 days ago does not have the accessible Airport Extreme card from inside the battery bay. How do I get to the card to install a cable? In your opinion, is it worth it?

I don't know how to access the internal antenna, however you might consider getting the Hawking USB Network Adapter.

This antenna plugs into the USB port so you don't have to open up your powerbook.

I got a Buffalo PC Card Wifi 802.11g card and on those you can plug in external antennas. Much worth it.

Are you using the card on a new Powerbook that has Airport Extreme built in?

I would lover to be able to use a card in my powerbook, but it has built in AE that can not be removed with out opening the powerbook up (New 15inch 1.67ghz). Can It be shutoff? Can both cards be installed at the same time??
