Hello,

As the title suggests do I need to purchase Applecare direct from Apple/Apple reseller or will other sellers be OK.
example 1, example 2
The difference in price is tempting but I am a little apprehensive.

Thanks for any advise or experience.

If you're patient, you can get a real good price on eBay. I got Applecare for my 15" AlBook for $200.

Thanks for the quick responce gametime10,

One more question, does Applecare travel well eg. I live in the UK, can I buy from the US eBay without worries?

Thanks again.

the only thing you're paying for is a little 9 digit (or 11 digit...but that's besides the point) enrollment number that you then use to get online and enroll your computer. The seller could open the package and email you that number if you're in a bind.
