I want the clear ibook g3 keyboard on my ibook g4... Would it work if I bought the part and tried to install it on my g4?

if so, where can i find the official -good- condition ibook g3 keyboard part?

If I remember correctly the cables don't have the same lenght, but I don't remember which one is the shortest.
