iBook Battery won't charge completely

My G4 iBook's battery has suddenly stopped charging completely. It only charges up to 78% now and sits at "Calculating...until full" all day. I've tried resetting the PMU and PRAM/NVRAM, and fully discharging/recharging the battery with no luck. Anyone have any other suggestions?
