Is the low video ram the reason when trying to run a flash app it'll suck up the entire cpu? I've tried multiple browsers, but nothing seems to help. This is pretty unacceptable. I've got a 1.2ghz ibook w/ 512mb of ram. Looks like I know why people buy powerbooks now.

It looks like something is wrong with this web site. Nothing to do with the video RAM...
