There were once four people named Everybody, Somebody, Nobody and Anybody. Somebody had to do a job, but Nobody wanted to do it. Nobody could see that Anybody could do it, and Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Nobody ended up doing it, and it so happened that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

how many of you:1.Accedently press the eject button, trying to press delete,or F12,and 2.Find the backlit keyboard usefull?I find it use full in certian curcomstances, like on a airplane, or at my desk at night.
But not as effective laying on your bed,and looking at it an angle.

Ditto. I never really compute in the dark, but when you have some friends in the room and you turn the lights off and go.. "hey, watch this!!" the oohs and ahhs make them a little closer to switching to Mac.

Congrats on your new PB!

The backlit keyboard is neat, and it is somewhat useful in the a darkened room (i.e. TV room), but in this kind of setting, actually having it run cooler would be more useful, because then you could run it more comfortably from your lap. I rarely find myself at my desk w/ the lights dimmed/off, but I usually watch TV w/o turning on the lights.

Enjoy your new laptop and let us know how much you love it!

I don't use the backlit option on my 17 much but I do like it when I need it (darkened room, airplane, etc).

As far as the f12 button, do you mean for exposé? I use the fn key for that.
