Mac: G3/800MHz 14" iBook OS X (10.2.8)

Situation: When the ethernet cable was plugged in, the computer was moved when someone was standing on the ethernet cable. The ethernet port moved out (maybe about a cm or so) and is now a little loose. It does not work.

Question: If I open up the computer (I have the service manual and have opened up PowerBooks before, never an iBook, though) is this something that can be semi-easy to fix (i.e. it just gets snapped back into place) or is this going to require soldering or replacing the logic board. (If it is the latter, it is beyond my abilities and I wouldn't go through the trouble of opening it up, which I try to avoid if I can).

Thanks!
