To All,
I am sure this has been covered previously, but with recent Tiger updates and new experience -

I have a PB G4 1.33 w/ 512 (256 on board and 256 module) that I am looking to get a 1 gig upgrade to hopefully make things faster (will it?) - what are people's experience with different vendors (i.e. Kingston, Crucial, others, etc). I cant (will not?) spent what Apple wants for the upgrade.

I bought 2 gigs of kingmax ram from newegg.com and despite other people reporting problems with the sticks mine have worked out great so far (3 months).
