In general, it's not difficult if you're handy with a screwdriver or Torx tool (avail at most good hardware stores), able to follow instructions calmly, and can remember to discharge the static electricity from you and the computer as mentioned in the instructions.
I have done it on almost every PB since the 170, and I can't build a robot or remember Ohm's law. Slow and steady win the race. Good luck.
