OK, so I use Azureus, but it uses up all my bandwidth on my wireless, so when I sleep in and other people need to use the internet, they can't. Is there any way to have the program quit at a certain time or something like that?
You can also cap the upload and download speeds in Azureus by going to the Tools->Options menu, clicking on Transfer, and setting the KB/s global max upload and download speed settings. They're in BYTES per second (not BITS) so remember to divide the bandwidth you want to use up by 8 if your bandwidth is measured in bits-per-second.
EDIT: I checked this setting with my installation of Azureus for Windows (my always-on PC does the bittorrent duties)...but it should be in the same place for the Mac version...
