iBook:
600 MHz PowerPC G3
384 MB SDRAM
Mac OSX 10.3.4

CD Drive:
Sony CD-RW CRX800E
Drive type - CD-RW/DVD-ROM
Disc Burning - Apple Supported/Shipped

iTunes:
v. 4.7

Been trying to burn CDs. At first I thought it was caused by the CD-R brand (I use Imation) but apparently it isn't. I was able to burn a 10 MB folder into a CD using Roxio Toast 6 Titanium, but all my other attempts failed. It also doesn't burn with iTunes. It always initializes, and sometimes it actually starts to burn. Other times, it just fails right away. It was working perfectly fine just a few days ago...

Any solutions? Would appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks!

I recommend you update to Tiger. It fixed all my burning issues.

I'm planning to. Really looking forward to it but it looks like it might take a while before I get to. Any other suggestions on what I can do before I do update to Tiger?

iTunes 4.7 is old too. Try updating to 4.9.
