Hi Hi, i just got my powerbook in the mail, i got it off ebay and in the auction it said 128mb of vram but on it, it has 64mb.... I know it is possible to upgrade the normal ram, but is it possible to upgrade the vram, and if so much would this cost? the guy isnt replying to my emails...

I don't think it's possible to upgrade VRAM. You also have cause to be upset if the seller falsely advertised his product .

Report him, he didn't sell you what he advertised. There is no way to upgrade the vram in a PB, only available as a BTO option when you order a new unit.

By all means insist on a refund. The video card is soldered into the unit and cannot be replaced. There is a world of difference between the two cards, especially if you are into any type of gaming.

Please post again when you finally do get in touch with the seller, im curious to hear how this turns out. Sorry about the problems, that is pretty messed up if he mislead you like that.
