My G3 700 iBook got killed by a power surge (or something) while I was out...

The tech says it's around SGD$850 to fix it, whereas I could spend $850 and get a second hand low-end G3 or G4 Mac for around that price, BUT I'm not going to.

So I got the tech to help me remove the harddrive.

What else can I do with my dead iBook? :-/

So far what I've thought of:
-sell off Airport card
-sell off keyboard
-sell off power adapter
-sell off the 512MB PC-133 RAM
.
.

Have you looked at iBook parts on eBay lately? Take the whole thing apart and sell it piece by piece. Even the case parts can fetch some cash.

How much is a new iBook in Singapore?

The latest one is listed at about SGD$1700 or so.

Haven't got time to fiddle with it though. If I'm really lazy (yes, I am), I might just sell off the whole thing.
