Haven't been able to find these answers on the apple website (which an e-mail to customer support directed me to), and haven't been able to get through to telephone support, so here goes...
The printer and iPod rebates both require the iBook's UPC label to be sent, but since there's only one iBook UPC label, anyone know what I should do? I would just make a copy of it, but they say they won't accept just a peeled off label, so I dunno if they'd accept a copy of it either.
Also, what e-mail should I use for the itemized and dated sales receipt? The confirmation of my order, acknowledgment of my order, shipment notification for each separate shipment, or the "USPREPAID" invoice receipt? I'm guessing the invoice receipt, but there are 3 different ones, so it doesn't list all the items in my order together (and the rebates require everything to be bought in one order)... It does list the web order number though, so think that'd work?

When I got an iPod and printer rebate via a similar deal at my college bookstore a couple years ago, the bookstore clerk said they called apple and the company allowed them to make and give me a copy of the original invoice, and to use that one for the printer rebate. it worked. Maybe call apple customer service to confirm?

I'm not sure about which invoice to use, but I do know that you need to send the original UPC label from the iBook in with the iPod rebate and a xerox copy in with the printer rebate.
