I just set up a wireless network today and I'm loving surfing the web by the pool but the screen is just so dark. What are the best known remedies for this problem?
12" 1.5Ghz Powerbook G4 w/ SuperDrive
DELL 23" LCD Display
10 GB iPod, 3rd Gen
4 GB iPod Mini, green
Apple Bluetooth mouse

Looks like there is none, other than getting used to living with it. PB displays are not the brightest out there...

I'm sure there are other solutions but these appear the most practical and affordable. If you don't mind looking like a fool in public (I don't; it comes naturally to me), you could use the hood or screen shade. I just recalled you wrote you'd be using this in the backyard by the pool, so probably not a concern for you. I personally have never used one so I can't comment on an experience, but I'm sure there is a reveiw out there or on the sites.
