12" alubook (revC).

sure it's summer, but i want to cool off my powerbook.

my old stand, a coolpad, was okay (it's at my girfriend's house).

i have an xt-stand, which i really like, and have been using an ibreeze on my desk for a week; helps, but very little.

my best solution so far was a vornado fan on my desk blowing under the xt-stand!

there was some information here (i think), a while back, about a liquid cooling stand, or something like that. i searched (not well, perhaps?), but...

anyone know what that is?

Why not just use another coolpad? Simple, cheap and effective.

the xt stand KILLS the coolpad, in terms of airflow, portability.

but i want to cool off my powerbook, am tired of the heat (especially on the left of the trackpad, where, as a left-handed person, my wrist rests when i am trackpadding...)

there was a european company that had a cooling solution of some sort...

o well...
