A few days ago I happened to notice some spots adorning the outer cover of my iBook - they appeared to be spots that came from a liquid, and looked like simple, ordinary waterspots of some variation. I proceeded to grab a soft cloth, dampen it, and wipe down my iBook in hopes of cleaning it off. Upon cleaning it, the spots were still there - so I ventured off for a mild soap to add to the mixture, and when that didn't work, I sprayed some Windex on another cloth and wiped it down. Alas, my efforts proved useless. The spots are still there and are annoying me beyond belief (obviously - since I'm making a new thread about it) so I'm begging for advice on what I can do. I'm hoping the spots aren't permanent or spots that damaged the outer cover, but I really have no clue. My iBook is less than a month old and I've babied it since day one.

Any help would be appreciated.
