I'm looking for a display for my ibook, I have screen doctor up and running so i'm not restricted to a low res screen.
The primary use is as a display for my ibook, I do work with photosw and graphics so it needs to be good quality.
I am going to university in a few weeks and I'm limited on space so I would also like it to function as a screen for my playstaion and for viewing dvds. I'd also like to beable to take advantage of HD, ps3 and blu ray etc, so I'd like it to be HD ready. TV tuner/decoder is not important.
So it needs...
A VGA connection for my ibook.
A DVI connection for a future laptop
A Connector compatible with playstation2
A Connector that can carry an HD signal from ps3, blu ray or HD decoder set top box.
Widescreen would be nice too.
Good performance as a computer display as it will be used more for that than anything else.
So far the only thing I have found that fits is this sony
