Just bought a used 600mhz G3 iBook and it's woking really well except for the headphone output. I can only get sound out of the left channel, and it's really annoying. The onboard speakers have output from both channels, but they sound like, well, like laptop speakers. Is there an easy fix for this or would it require replacing the whole mainboard?

Sounds like your headphones are the problem. Did you try another pair?

Yeah, I tried a pair of headphones and two different sets of speakers. No luck.
