After a 10.3.x update and until 10.4.2 my 12" iBook 700MHz falls asleep without warning after it reports 20-30% battery left. Is there a way for the iBook report that it is about to sleep at 10% just like it does on my 12" iBook 1.33GHz?

I did some digging and found "Resetting PowerBook and iBook Power Management Unit (PMU)". My question is what is a RAM disk?

Warning: Resetting the Power Manager on any PowerBook or iBook will permanently remove a RAM disk, if present, and all of its contents.
