for some reason in system preferences when i try to change the touchpad tracking speed...it doesnt get saved if i put it on a certain level. it saves correctly on highest, 2nd highest, and 5th highest.
if i try to save it on 4th highest sensitivity, and close and reopen system preferences, then it gets saved as 5th highest instead of 4th.

if i try to save it on 3rd highest sensitivity (the one i want) and do the same thing, the sensitivity gets saved as 4th highest

why arent these sensitivities getting saved?? any thoughts?

whoops sorry...

its a brand new ibook g4 12" (recently updated version). just arrived last friday. running 10.4.2
